Returns & Exchanges

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Before submitting a claim, please note the following:

  • Hats and mugs are nonrefundable/non-exchangeable 
  • If a clothing item does not meet your vibe and you wish to return it, we will offer you store credit upon the receipt of the item

3. We only offer refunds on damaged or defective items reported within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges for apparel or other products will be accepted within 14 days of your receipt.  ***Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items.  Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
